Bill Graves is Chief Data and Technology Officer at CIBC Mellon.

Bill is responsible for leading CIBC Mellon’s technology mandate, which includes overseeing our data strategy and client technologies as well as aligning CIBC Mellon’s technology solutions with our parent companies, CIBC and BNY Mellon.

Prior to joining CIBC Mellon, Bill served in senior technology and data roles at Manulife, with a particular focus on driving a culture of customer centricity through technology.

In addition to 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bill has an honours bachelor of administrative studies degree from Trent University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
