Darcie James Maxwell is Head of Canadian Operations, Data & Analytics Solutions, BNY Mellon. She is also a member of the CIBC Mellon leadership team.

As the senior executive for Data and Analytics in Canada, Darcie works with clients to assess and analyze their business strategy, business requirements, current state environment and technology choices to evaluate solution alternatives that will meet their organization's needs. She leverages her regional team alongside Data and Technology solutions across the global organization to translate a client strategy into an operational reality.

With more than 10 years of experience in managing a regional business, Darcie has proven knowledge on how to achieve business growth, manage direct and matrix teams, and ensure the successful completion of strategic initiatives while maintaining a high rate of client satisfaction.

Darcie leverages her expertise to support corporate initiatives and she serves as Executive Sponsor of CIBC Mellon’s Women’s Initiatives Network (WIN) Committee, as a BNY Mellon Women in Engineering Global Mentor, and she is a member of the YWCA Toronto Board of Directors.
