Maple Tam is Chief Human Resources Officer at CIBC Mellon.

Maple is responsible for CIBC Mellon’s human resources strategy and function. When she joined the company in 2006, she held the position of Vice President, Talent and Relationship Management, and was responsible for establishing the organization’s talent management strategy and for developing a framework to attract, retain and motivate top talent.

In addition to having several years of experience in the technology and retail sectors, Maple holds an honours bachelor of arts degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA and APHRM certificate from the Rotman School of Management. She is also a certified member of the Human Resources Professionals Association.
