Chief Client Experience Officer

Mary Ann MacKenzie is Chief Client Experience Officer and a member of the CIBC Mellon leadership team. She has oversight over CIBC Mellon service directors and relationship management of core clients as well as business performance metrics, client data governance, collection and analytics.

She has more than 30 years of experience in financial services, and joined CIBC Mellon in 2013. Prior to joining the leadership team, she was responsible for the development and execution of CIBC Mellon’s client service model for our mid-size pension, fund, institutional and endowment clients.

An active volunteer, Mary Ann is a Director on the Special Olympics Foundation Board and a Director on the Canadian Postcode Lottery Foundation. She formerly served as Board Chair of the African Medical and Research Foundation (AMREF), Canada, and as Vice Chair of the AMREF International Board.

Mary Ann attended Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) for Business Administration and holds a Certified Financial Planner designation.
